Zero Tolerance Policy
BluePanther has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior. Any user who creates, uploads, shares, or attempts to distribute CSAE content will face immediate and permanent account termination, and we will report the incident to relevant authorities.
What is CSAE?
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes images, videos, text, and any other form of media.
Age Requirements
To protect children and ensure a safe environment:
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on BluePanther
- Users between 13-18 years should have parental consent
- We may request age verification if there is reasonable doubt about a user's age
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:
- Any sexual imagery or content involving minors
- Content that sexualizes children in any way
- Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material
- Promoting or normalizing sexual abuse of children
- Using the platform to facilitate offline contact with minors for harmful purposes
Detection & Prevention Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent CSAE:
- Automated Content Scanning: We use industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect known CSAE imagery
- Human Moderation Team: Trained moderators review flagged content and reports 24/7
- User Reporting System: Easy-to-use in-app reporting for community members to flag suspicious content
- Behavioral Analysis: Monitoring for suspicious patterns of behavior that may indicate grooming or exploitation
Reporting to Authorities
When we identify potential CSAE content or behavior, we take the following actions:
- We report all apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in India and internationally
- We report to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) in India
- We preserve evidence as required by law for investigation purposes
How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger children, please report it immediately:
- In-App Reporting: Tap the three-dot menu on any content and select "Report" > "Child Safety" for priority handling
- Email Report: Send detailed reports with subject line "CSAE Report" to support@bluepanther.in
- Emergency Situations: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately, then report to us
Confidentiality
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Your identity will be protected and will not be shared with the reported user.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of our child safety standards result in immediate action:
Immediate Account Termination
Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned without warning. No appeals are accepted for CSAE violations.
Content Removal
All violating content is immediately removed and preserved for law enforcement.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations and provide all required information.
Evidence Preservation
We preserve relevant account data and content as evidence for legal proceedings.

We are committed to raising awareness about child safety:
- We provide resources about online safety for parents and guardians
- We educate our users about recognizing and reporting suspicious behavior
- We train our moderation team regularly on the latest CSAE detection techniques
