Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: December 10, 2025

BluePanther Technologies is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. This policy outlines our standards, detection methods, and enforcement actions.

Zero Tolerance Policy

BluePanther has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior. Any user who creates, uploads, shares, or attempts to distribute CSAE content will face immediate and permanent account termination, and we will report the incident to relevant authorities.

What is CSAE?

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes images, videos, text, and any other form of media.

Age Requirements

To protect children and ensure a safe environment:

  • Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on BluePanther
  • Users between 13-18 years should have parental consent
  • We may request age verification if there is reasonable doubt about a user's age

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

  • Any sexual imagery or content involving minors
  • Content that sexualizes children in any way
  • Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material
  • Promoting or normalizing sexual abuse of children
  • Using the platform to facilitate offline contact with minors for harmful purposes

Detection & Prevention Measures

We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent CSAE:

  • Automated Content Scanning: We use industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect known CSAE imagery
  • Human Moderation Team: Trained moderators review flagged content and reports 24/7
  • User Reporting System: Easy-to-use in-app reporting for community members to flag suspicious content
  • Behavioral Analysis: Monitoring for suspicious patterns of behavior that may indicate grooming or exploitation

Reporting to Authorities

When we identify potential CSAE content or behavior, we take the following actions:

  • We report all apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
  • We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in India and internationally
  • We report to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) in India
  • We preserve evidence as required by law for investigation purposes

How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger children, please report it immediately:

  1. In-App Reporting: Tap the three-dot menu on any content and select "Report" > "Child Safety" for priority handling
  2. Email Report: Send detailed reports with subject line "CSAE Report" to support@bluepanther.in
  3. Emergency Situations: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately, then report to us

Confidentiality

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Your identity will be protected and will not be shared with the reported user.

Violations of our child safety standards result in immediate action:

Immediate Account Termination

Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned without warning. No appeals are accepted for CSAE violations.

All violating content is immediately removed and preserved for law enforcement.
