Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for any paid services or subscriptions on the BluePanther platform. BluePanther is a community platform that provides digital services - we do not sell or deliver physical products.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Premium membership subscriptions
  • In-app purchases
  • Any other paid features or services offered through the platform

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or paid service at any time. Cancellation requests will be processed within 2 days of receiving your request.

  • You can cancel your subscription through the app settings or by contacting our support team
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period unless otherwise specified

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing paid services
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Request made within 2 days of purchase

Note: Refund requests made after 2 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully utilized or consumed
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
  • Donations made through the platform

6. Refund Processing

For approved refunds, processing will be completed within 2 days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary and are not within our control
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

  • Provide details of the purchase and reason for the refund request
  • Include any relevant screenshots if reporting technical issues
