BluePanther is a community platform built on respect, authenticity, and mutual support. These guidelines help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members. By using BluePanther, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Content Standards

Do

  • Share content that is relevant to the community
  • Engage in constructive discussions
  • Support and encourage fellow community members
  • Report content that violates these guidelines
  • Respect others' privacy and personal boundaries
  • Give credit when sharing others' work

Don't

  • Post content solely to provoke or upset others
  • Share misleading or false information
  • Engage in personal attacks or public shaming
  • Post repetitive or spam content
  • Share others' personal information without consent

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on BluePanther:

Hate Speech and Discrimination

  • Content that promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
  • Slurs, derogatory language, or dehumanizing speech
  • Content that promotes or glorifies discrimination

Harassment and Bullying

  • Targeting individuals with repeated unwanted contact
  • Threatening, intimidating, or stalking behavior
  • Coordinated harassment campaigns
  • Revealing private information to harass someone (doxxing)
  • Sexual harassment in any form

Violence and Threats

  • Threats of violence against individuals or groups
  • Content that incites or glorifies violence
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide

Adult and Graphic Content

  • Sexually explicit content or nudity
  • Sexual solicitation
  • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context

Spam and Misinformation

  • Repetitive or excessive posting
  • Misleading links or phishing attempts
  • False information that could cause harm
  • Fake accounts or impersonation
  • Artificially inflating engagement

Illegal Activities

  • Promotion of illegal activities
  • Sale of prohibited items or substances
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Fraud or scams

How to Report Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

  1. In-App Reporting: Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) on any post or profile and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report.
  2. Block Users: You can block any user from their profile to prevent them from contacting you or seeing your content.
  3. Email Us: For urgent concerns, contact us directly at support@bluepanther.in

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Learn more about our review process on our Content Moderation.

Enforcement Actions

When guidelines are violated, we may take the following actions depending on the severity:

Content Removal

Violating content will be removed from the platform.

Warning

First-time or minor violations may result in a warning and education about our guidelines.

Temporary Suspension

Repeated violations or serious offenses may result in temporary account suspension (24 hours to 30 days).

Permanent Ban

Severe violations or continued misconduct after warnings will result in permanent account termination.

Appeals Process

If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you can appeal:

  1. Email support@bluepanther.in with subject line "Appeal Request"
  2. Include your username and explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
  3. Our team will review your appeal within 7 business days
  4. You will receive a response with our decision, which is final

Your Responsibility

Every member plays a role in keeping BluePanther safe. By following these guidelines and reporting violations, you help us build a stronger, more supportive community for everyone.

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of BluePanther after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
