1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BluePanther. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BluePanther mobile application ("App") and related services provided by BluePanther Technologies ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Eligibility

To use BluePanther, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
  • Not have been previously banned from our platform

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. User Conduct

When using BluePanther, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited communications
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on BluePanther ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

5.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the rights to post the content
  • Your content does not violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by BluePanther Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. Reporting and Enforcement

We take violations of these Terms seriously. You can report violations through the in-app reporting features or by contacting us at support@bluepanther.in.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for:

  • Violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines
  • Engaging in harmful or abusive behavior
  • Creating legal liability for us
  • Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users. The views expressed in User Content do not represent our views.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEPANTHER TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BluePanther Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
